What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is 2 to 8 business days for shipping to Spain and the Balearic Islands (Spain) and 1 to 7 business days for the Canary Islands.
This includes the warehouse processing time and the carrier’s delivery period.
✔ Shipping for other European countries varies with a delivery time of 7 to 21 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

✔ For shipping to the Canary Islands, shipping is free of charge.
✔ Shipping to Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands costs €5.90 (taxes and customs charges included). Make a purchase over €69 and shipping costs are free of charge.
✔ Shipping to Europe:

Are customs charges included in the price?

✔ For any orders sent to the Canary Islands, there are no customs charges.
✔ For any orders sent to Spain and Europe, the customs charges are included in the price paid.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from the carrier with the tracking number you need to track the delivery of your order.

Can I collect my order from a store?

Yes, you have the option to select “Collect in store” during the purchase process and then you select the store where you want us to deliver your purchase. Remember that your order is prepared in our warehouse and then we’ll send it to the store. Once your order has been prepared and is ready to be collected, we’ll notify you by email.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

To find out whether your order is on its way, you can check its status in your customer account, under the section called “My online orders”. If it is a home delivery, it will show as being completed and you’ll receive an email from the carrier so you can track its delivery. If it relates to an in-store delivery, it will show as ready for in-store collection and you’ll receive a notification when you can go to collect it.

Please remember that during busy ordering periods your shipment may take longer than the expected delivery times.

Can my order be sent to an address that differs to my home address?

Yes, you have two options: you can add a different delivery address to your customer account or you can choose to collect in-store.

Can I change the delivery address once my order has been confirmed?

If your order has still not been prepared, you can get in touch with Customer Services through this online form to change the delivery address.

What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

If the recipient is not at the delivery address, the shipping company will get in touch via email or telephone to arrange a new delivery date. It is essential that you have your order tracking number to hand.
