How is my MyClub level calculated?

To calculate your MyClub level, it is calculated according to the accumulated amount of your purchases in the current month and in the previous twelve months according to the following brackets:

Purchases made (12 months) Level
1€ - 199€ 5%
200€- 499€ 10%
500€ - 999€ 15%
from 1.000€. 20%

Why doesn't my MyClub discount apply to all the products in my basket?

Please note that the MyClub discount does not apply to discounted items, promotional items, "Nice price" items and a selection of make-up brands. The discount applied to your cart is the discount applied to items that do not fall into the categories mentioned above.

Why and how does my MyClub level change?

The calculation of your MyClub discount level is based on the cumulative amount of your purchases in the current month and the previous twelve months according to the following brackets:

500€ - 999€ 15%

Each time you make a purchase, the total balance of your purchases increases.
When your total balance exceeds the amount of the current tranche, you change level immediately and start enjoying the benefits and discounts of the higher level.
To ensure that the MyClub level always corresponds to the balance of purchases made in the last year, at the end of the current month (month 13), the sum of all your purchases is calculated and the oldest month is subtracted, so that only twelve months remain.
On the other hand, just as a purchase immediately adds to the balance, a return subtracts from it.
If, after subtracting your oldest purchases or your returns, the total amount of your purchases is less than the minimum amount of the tier you are in, your MyClub level moves to the lower tier. These level changes only occur when there is a change of tier.

How can I see my MyClub discount level?

You will be able to see your MyClub level by logging in to your online account. You will need to log in with your username and password.

I regularly shop in-store as a MyClub customer, can I use my online discount?

If you are already a MyClub customer and shop regularly in shop, you can apply your discount on our website by completing your online profile at this link:
