What are the terms and conditions for returns?

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition and with its manuals, covers, boxes, accessories or promo gifts included, where appropriate. For health and hygiene protection reasons, exchanges or returns are not permitted for earrings, underwear and swimwear (without its hygiene strip). Likewise, exchanges or returns are not permitted for items that are unsealed following delivery (perfume goods, skincare and makeup).

  • EXCHANGES:
    The deadline for exchanges is 30 days from the delivery of your order to your home address, or from the collection date in store.

What are the refund terms?

The cost of either your full purchase or of some of the items will be refunded 2 to 7 business days following the receipt of the products returned to our facilities. The amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method used by the customer.

Are there any return delivery costs?

No. All returns or exchanges for a different size in our stores and online are free of charge.

If I’ve bought an item online, can I exchange it or return it to a store?

Any items bought through on our online store at www.fundgrube.com can also be returned to our stores.

To return or exchange an item, you must present the original sales receipt that was emailed to you just before we sent your order. You do not need to print the receipt. You can just show it on your mobile. You can choose between a gift card that you can use at any of our stores, with no expiry date, or you can be refunded via your bank card.

How can I return a product?

Returns in store:
Visit your nearest store with your original sales receipt and the product(s) to be returned. You do not need to print the receipt. You can just show it on your mobile. You can choose between a gift card that you can use at any of our stores, with no expiry date, or you can be refunded via your bank card.


Returns via home collection:
You can request a home collection free of charge. The product(s) must be in perfect condition. Package up the order so that it is protected during transit, and wherever possible, in its original packaging. We will give instructions to our shipping company who will collect the item(s) as soon as possible. As soon as it is received back in our warehouse and checked that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be handled, or exchanged for a different size, depending on the request.

How can I exchange for a different size?

To exchange an item, you will need the original sales receipt. You do not need to print the receipt. You can just show it on your mobile. The item must be in perfect condition, packaged in the same way as you received it.

Exchanges in store:

  • 1. Find the product you want in our store online and click on it.
  • 2. Enter your postcode in the field called “Check in-store availability” and click on search...
  • 3. A list of stores will appear showing where the product is available, in order of the closest to the furthest away from the postcode entered.
  • 4. Visit your chosen store to exchange your item.

Exchanges via home collection:
Complete the form below.
We will give instructions to our shipping company who will collect the item(s) as soon as possible. As soon as it is received back in our warehouse and its condition has been checked, the exchange for a different sized item will be processed, depending on availability and its subsequent shipping.
